A few things to know
Secure payment
Our secure donation processor protects your data. Your personal information is never shared, and all registration donations are made with an accepted debit or credit card at the time of registration.
Use a PC to register
While registration is possible on a phone, we highly recommend using a PC. Take a moment to compose your vehicle description beforehand, it is far easier to copy and paste.
Watch for confirmation
The system emails a confirmation after payment. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam or junk folder. Your confirmation lists your vehicle details, please review them for accuracy.
Compose it here first
Practice entering your vehicle description below, then copy and paste it into the actual registration. There is a 475-character maximum.
Focus on grammar and typos. Don't use ALL CAPS except where applicable, and don't add blank lines between sentences, a small gap is inserted automatically between paragraphs.
Tip: a printed sign only has room for about 12 to 14 lines of text. Remember to copy your text so you can paste it into the Vehicle Description field during registration. Don't include your Displayed By, Location, or Car Club as part of the description.
Four required photos
Our Concours Selection Committee uses your vehicle description and uploaded photos to make final choices for qualifying vehicles.
- All Concours vehicles must be 50 years or older unless specifically invited by the committee.
- Include an accurate phone number in case the committee has follow-up questions.
- If a vehicle isn't approved this year, you may display it in the Open Car Show throughout downtown Lakeland, or request a refund of your donation. The committee selects vehicles to complete specific classes and eras, which vary year to year.
Your professionally printed display sign
With an approved registration you receive a professionally printed display sign to place in front of your vehicle, describing its unique details and provenance for the public to enjoy.
- !A sign fits only 12 to 14 lines of text. A 16-line description will not fit.
- !Don't put blank lines between sections, the small gap is inserted automatically.
- !Don't include Displayed By, Location, or Car Club in the vehicle description.
- !Don't use ALL CAPS. You can edit your sign until registration closes; after that, signs go to the printer and no changes can be made.
