If you registered (and Paid) for a Friday Event and "None" for Saturday (OR Vice-versa) AND NOW WANT this same vehicle in an event on the other day, just add another Registration for the appropriate event and Pay for that event.
There's no way to modify the existing Paid transaction to add the other day.

An email is ALWAYS sent out after entering User Account details AND after you have confirmed your email address by clicking on the link in the email.
If you didn't receive it, its possible it was put into a Junk/Spam folder (of course, you probably have checked this by now).

From the Registration Page (the big GREEN button in the upper right of the screen) you can get to your Registration Dashboard. If you are not logged in you will have to Login to continue.
FORGOT USERNAME
You should have received an email titled "New User Account" after you clicked on the confirmation email link. In this email was your USERNAME.
FORGOT PASSWORD
Below the Username and Password fields, you can click "Lost your password?" to begin this process.

Generally, the more info you can provide the better. But if you only say "I can't register", then that doesn't tell the volunteer a whole lot. You'll probably get a faster response if we can figure out what you're talking about.
