Common registration issues
Yes. Most of it, right from your dashboard
From your Registration Dashboard you can edit your User Details and many of your vehicle's details: description, photos, and the like.
The one thing you can't change is anything that affects pricing. Because the transaction has already been paid, you can't add or remove a Friday or Saturday event on an existing registration.
Need a paid event changed? That's exactly what the volunteer team can help with below.
Add a second registration for the other day
If you registered and paid for a Friday event with “None” on Saturday, or the other way around, and now want this same vehicle in an event on the other day, just add another registration for that event and pay for it.
There's no way to modify the existing paid transaction to add the other day, so a second registration is the way to go.
Check your spam folder first
An email is always sent after you enter your User Account details, and again once you confirm your address by clicking the link in that first email.
If it never arrived, it most likely landed in a Junk / Spam folder. Worth a quick look. If it's not there either, send us a note below and we'll check our email logs to see what happened on our end and get back to you.
Recover either one in a minute
Forgot your username? Look for the email titled “New User Account”, sent right after you clicked your confirmation link, and your username is inside.
Forgot your password? On the Login page, click “Lost your password?” below the username and password fields to reset it.
