Can I edit my submission?

I paid for 1 day, and now want to add this vehicle to an event on the other day

DOES THIS HELP?
From your Registration Dashboard, you can edit your User Details AND you can edit some of the details about your vehicle (ie. Description, pictures, etc.).
You cannot change fields that involve PRICING - since this transaction has been paid (ie. You can't add/remove a Friday or Saturday event.)

If you registered (and Paid) for a Friday Event and "None" for Saturday (OR Vice-versa) AND NOW WANT this same vehicle in an event on the other day, just add another Registration for the appropriate event and Pay for that event.
There's no way to modify the existing Paid transaction to add the other day.

General Issue

I submitted a User Account, but never got an email

An email is ALWAYS sent out after entering User Account details AND after you have confirmed your email address by clicking on the link in the email.
If you didn't receive it, its possible it was put into a Junk/Spam folder (of course, you probably have checked this by now).
We will check email logs to see if we can tell what happened on our side and get back to you. Fill in the fields below and SUBMIT and a volunteer will contact you as soon as possible.

From the Registration Page (the big GREEN button in the upper right of the screen) you can get to your Registration Dashboard. If you are not logged in you will have to Login to continue.

FORGOT USERNAME
You should have received an email titled "New User Account" after you clicked on the confirmation email link. In this email was your USERNAME.

FORGOT PASSWORD
From the Login page, below the Username and Password fields, you can click "Lost your password?" to begin this process.

Please share details describing any issues you are experiencing with your registration. Please share as many details as possible. This will help our volunteers to better help you and to respond with solutions more quickly.

Generally, the more info you can provide the better. But if you only say "I can't register", then that doesn't tell the volunteer a whole lot. You'll probably get a faster response if we can figure out what you're talking about.
